1. Scope of Service

Eva Korsan Taksi offers 24/7 city taxi, airport transfer, VIP transfer, hourly rental, and intercity transfer services throughout Istanbul. Our services are designed for adults and corporate customers.

2. Booking and Cancellation

Reservations can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the trip time. Late cancellations may incur a fee. For airport transfers, booking at least 24 hours in advance is recommended.

3. Payment Terms

Payment can be made after the trip is completed by cash (TL) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Troy). Net prices are communicated in advance for airport transfers and special services. Taximeter is the basis for city rides.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are required to follow cleanliness rules inside the vehicle, treat the driver with respect, and wear seatbelts. The passenger is responsible for any damage to the vehicle. Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited.

5. Service Provider Responsibilities

Eva Korsan Taksi is committed to providing a safe and comfortable travel experience. All our vehicles are under regular maintenance and insurance. Our drivers are experienced and professional.

6. Limitation of Liability

Eva Korsan Taksi cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, heavy traffic, road closures, etc.). In such cases, the customer is informed as soon as possible and alternative solutions are offered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and images on this website belong to Eva Korsan Taksi and cannot be used without permission. Unauthorized copying or reproduction of content is subject to legal action.

8. Changes

Eva Korsan Taksi reserves the right to change these terms of use without prior notice. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
